1. Services Offered

AGG Language Adventure Limited offers online tutoring services for the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Russian, and Spanish. In-person sessions may be arranged under special circumstances, subject to mutual agreement and feasibility.

2. Registration and Payment

• Users must register for an account to book tutoring sessions.

• Payment is required upfront for all sessions, including single lessons and packages of 10 or 20 lessons, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.

• Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust our fees with a 7-day prior notice via email.

3. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required to cancel or postpone a tutoring session without penalty.

• Failure to provide timely notice will result in the full charge for the missed session.

• We consider exceptions for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

4. Age Requirement

• We offer tutoring to individuals aged 18 and above.

• Minors under the age of 18 may receive tutoring only with written consent from a parent or guardian after a preliminary discussion.

5. Geographic Restrictions

• We cannot offer services to students residing in war zones or regions where economic sanctions impede international payments.

6. Dispute Resolution

• We commit to addressing complaints within 28 days of receipt.

7. Refunds

All payments for single lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable under all circumstances.
